Personalizing your product:

Q. Are we able to change the font style and/or text color on personalized labels?

A.Unfortunately, not. All font styles and colors are pre-set by our wonderful design team. If you are concerned about the text being illegible or visible feel free to contact our rockstar customer service team through email at capricedunjour@hotmail.com or give us a call toll free at +961 81 265 875 to chat with one of our friendly team members! We’re here to assist you

Q. What if we exceed the maximum number of characters?

A. Your text may be printed smaller than what is shown in our example images or you may be contacted to change the text. We do recommend sticking to the character limits displayed on each product page for the best looking labels!

Q. If I make grammatical or spelling errors on my personalized order, will they be changed?

A. Unfortunately not. Your text will be printed exactly as you enter it on our website. Our wonderful processing team may catch some of these errors and contact you to confirm your text, but this is not guaranteed. It is IMPORTANT for you to double check your order before submitting it and to review your confirmation email very carefully.

Q. Do we have to use every text line available?

A. You are welcome to leave any text line blank. Simply enter "NO TEXT" in the text line(s) text box.

Q. Can we cancel orders?

A. Yes, however, a cancellation fee may be applied on personalized orders if our production team has already printed your custom made labels..

Q. Do you offer proofs of what my personalized item will look like?

A. Unfortunately, not at this time. We would be happy to send you a sample of an item . This lets you to get a closer look at the product so you can see if it will fit into your celebration. If you’re wanting a sample of a personalized item, we will send you a random sample label as close as we can to your specifications, but we don’t print labels solely for sample orders.

Q. Can we make changes once the order has been placed?

A. Yes, however, a reprint fee may be applied if our production team has already printed your original custom made labels.If your labels have not been printed, you may be able to make changes.

A. The minimum order requirement varies per item. That information is located on each product page.
